Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Delivery (Netherlands): 1–2 business days via PostNL or DHL.
Delivery (Europe): 3–7 business days depending on the destination country:
- Belgium: 1–2 business days
- Germany: 2 business days
- France: 3 business days
- Italy: 5 business days
- Spain: 5 business days
- Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia: 5–6 business days
United Kingdom:
Delivery to the UK from the Netherlands takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Please note that customs clearance may occasionally cause slight delays. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside the EU (International Orders):
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically take 5–10 business days.
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs checks, import duties, and taxes, which are determined by the local authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be covered by the customer.
